Welcome to the Laptop Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Student ID numbers are required for submitting a ticket, and this number should be on a label affixed to the student's laptop. If it is not, please go to the parent portal https://mistar.oakland.k12.mi.us/waterford/parentportal/ and look up your student number if you do not know it.

Do not use this system to request password resets. Password resets should be requested through your student's teacher.
